All of the instructors here are incredibly kind and very welcoming. Since beginning my yoga practice at Yonah Yoga, I've made an attempt to come to a class once a week. It's become something I can look forward to!!

It is a true gift to have Yonah Yoga in Sautee! The instructors (especially Charlene) are incredible and offer variations for all levels. Classes are dynamic and the flows vary each week. Classes are also rooted in traditional yogic teachings, which I appreciate! I recommend Yonah Yoga in the absolute highest regard!

I had the pleasure of attending Charlene’s yoga class at a treatment facility, where she would come and do sessions for us Monday - Friday. It was the class I enjoyed the most while I was here. I always left feeling relaxed & serene. Charlene is a great teacher and has a deep passion for not only yoga, but the clients as well. I’m grateful I was able to experience her teachings. I plan on continuing to practice yoga in the future.If you see this Charlene, sorry I didn’t have a chance to say bye! I tried to attend today on my last day here (Wednesday), but class was canceled. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Charlene and her classes. After my father passed away almost two years ago I became my 90 year old mother’s primary caregiver and that in addition to running my own business and being a wife, mom and grandmother I was stressed out to the max. The hospice grief counselor recommended that I look into finding a yoga class to help me deal with the stress in my life and finding Charlene’s class has become a life saver for me. Even though I can’t make it every week the things I have taken away from her classes help me to cope with the stress and anxiety of every day life. I had never taken a yoga class before, but Charlene is an excellent instructor and makes you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire class.

I am visiting from out of state and Yonah Yoga for the first time. As a yoga instructor myself, I have to say Charlene is one of the best instructors I have had the pleasure of practicing with. In a time of busyness and stress her class brought me back to my true self.

❤️❤️❤️ I am new to yoga. I decided now would be a great time to take a class. I took one virtual class and was hooked. Charlene is so calm and passes that on to others. I loved it so much I purchased a class pass and have just completed one week. My lower back aches and pain are subsiding and I’m allowing my mind to unclench during these uncertain times.

I look forward to each yoga session with Charlene. She has helped me settle my “monkey mind”. Yin yoga makes me be still for a moment and we all need this in today’s busy world. She is the best instructor you’ll ever find. She individualizes poses for all levels, she constantly explains poses which I need and is just basically kind and empathetic. What a blessing to have Yonah Yoga nearby. I highly recommend.M Howarth

This Yoga Studio has the best teacher ever! I have a Massage Office and wanted to surprise my clients with an outside Yoga class, I contacted Charlene and she was able to teach a basic, easy and very relaxing Yoga class for my clients. She is very professional, always smiling at class and answering every single question you might have. I'm looking foward to stop by the studio and experience another class from her.

One of my favorite places! Charlene’s studio and classes are a gift to the community, and I highly recommend to anyone. I’ve practiced yoga for about 10 years (using youtube and some classes), but these are the best. Charlene is knowledgable and passionate, balancing physical, mental, and spiritual aspects during instruction. I always learn and want to deepen my practice at her studio.
