Yonah Yoga offers great yoga classes that are scheduled at a variety of times. Props are provided if you need them. The instructors are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable.

All of the instructors here are incredibly kind and very welcoming. Since beginning my yoga practice at Yonah Yoga, I've made an attempt to come to a class once a week. It's become something I can look forward to!!

Charlene is such a wonderful teacher! She always makes sure everyone feels welcomed in her classes, as well as making things accessible for everyone in the room!
Yonah Yoga has been opened as a remote and set location since October 2017. We started off as a Pop-Up Yoga Studio in 2017, & moved into a set location in 2018. Do the pandemic, Yonah yoga had to close it's doors in September 2020. However, we continued to teach classes in the area. We plan to reopen our studio in October of 2023 in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley!
Yoga has many layers beyond the physical practice. Yonah Yoga's mission is to create satsang (yoga community) where everyone feels part of & welcome. We offer several different types of classes: vinyasa, yin, restorative, breathwork, meditation, tai chi, and possibly more coming! Come join the movement!
