“I am not sure of the gentleman's name but I witnessed a true act of customer service. I work in a fortune 500 tech company and witnessed a true act if empathy. A customer left what looked like a small bag of produce. A manager. Not sure of his name. Tall, Caucasian, slim and was wearing a light brown cardigan and dark blue jeans. Run down a hill and parking lot until the customer stopped and grabbed her produce. A true act of bravery, empathy and lobe for the job. Please reach out to him and commend him. “I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to Richard ,,,, he was getting the shopping carts from the parking lot when he saw me with 3 cases of waters, the 40 count. I was heading to work and had a dress on and heels. He didn’t have to and honestly I wasn’t expecting it because chivalry is dead in this day and age, but he asked me if I needed help and he stopped what he was doing and came over and loaded those cases in my car.
