“What a wonderful discovery for us. I showed up early on the Saturday before Christmas in search of Christmas day's menu. Tim in the meat department was fantastic helping me by personally picking the right size Rib roast and the ladies in the bakery were so nice and searched for the perfect cake for my granddaughter. The manager was fantastic too making sure I had everything I needed. I will be back!”

“I've separated from Kroger. These prices are so very affordable and the quality is no less than the same or much better. I love the Boulder store brand products especially their trash bags. After 10years of hearing about Aldi from my friend and her husband I always knew their bill would be larger than mine (5kids v my 1). I could have saved enough money to go to Hawaii if I'd started shopping at Aldi's back then. However, I'll be in Hawaii 2024 for sure with plenty of the cash I'm saving on our groceries now. “The customer service department is very efficient and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. I love their bakery department. They are always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. The meat department is very nice too. If you need a bigger cut for a roast, they are willing to cut it right there for you. The hot food department is very good too. We get the box of fried chicken very often. So fresh and tasty. We use the pharmacy all the time too. Very good service. No complaint at all.”

“Large store , my Fiance' and I usually prefer the modest neighborhood Publix on Pritchard ; however, this one is in a convenient location. Alicia in customer service could train the Customer service reps in the Midtown location on how to better address customer concerns while at the counter. She was really helpful and did her best to understand my concern as well as provide a workable solution. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to perhaps offer cleaning work to the store guests who turn the store front into a day lounge, the restroom here could use a cleaning crew:) In any case, its always a pleasure shopping in Publix.”

“I love going to this Publix. The employees have always been so nice to interact with and seem to be just all-around good workers. I just moved to Atlanta so I can only personally speak for the past month-ish (but hey that seems like a decent amount of time), but I love going there when I need a pick-me-up or a nice start to my day. They always have a great selection of food and some of the freshest grocery store produce which I especially appreciate. The store is very clean and I'm impressed with the level of efficiency (& patient attitudes haha) the staff is able to maintain even when the store is super busy. Please be nice to your retail/customer service workers! You can really tell here they're doing the best they can :)”
