We all know it's so, so easy to just order from our Amazon, from our couch in our bathrobes, but I am so glad I didn't. I was going to be driving up to NY & my doctor told me to get a pair of compression socks for my circulation. I absolutely would have bought the wrong size had I bought online or went into a drug store. At Alpha, not only were they lovely & welcoming, they asked me about my circulation & asked me about the strength in my hands to see if I would have trouble pulling them on & then measured my legs so I was fitted properly. So people, it is 100% worth it to get off your couches & go in for your medical supplies. I'm glad I did, it made my 15 hour trip much easier on me!”

“Wow I just had an amazing experience. Tonight I needed a nebulizer(for my dog who was sick!) and all the "big" drug stores were out. I called Red Apple at 5:55 PM. They had one and stayed open past 6(closing time) to wait for me to arrive in a torrential downpour. Emanuel was pleasant, helpful, reassuring and more than kind. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and I am more than appreciative and grateful.”

“I have been a customer of Care Medical since August 2021. I was hospitalized and scared as ever when I had to leave the hospital with oxygen. I was told that a technician would be at my home to set up the concentrator before I arrived. I was terrified since I have never had health issues. Needless to say Ben had been to my home and explained in detail to my family how to correctly use the equipment. I have had to order additional tanks and Ben has always been the technician to come out. I was so afraid of losing power and being without oxygen, Ben assured me that he was on call and we could reach out to him. He explained how to order additional tanks and assisted me in ordering more when i couldn't get anyone on the customer service line. Ben is an absolute asset to Care Medical, his attention, detail, knowledge of his job and overall compassion and empathy is above and beyond words. “Amy and Laurie were incredibly helpful getting me set up with my first CPAP machine. I arrived for my appointment and they were all ready with my machine and Amy explained everything so clearly. I came in with no idea how to use it or what parts there are, cleaning, etc. and Amy made sure I knew everything I needed before I left. Getting a CPAP was an intimidating experience to say the least but the people at American Home Patient made this whole experience easy!”

“I love this pharmacy. I left Publix because the staff are constantly revolving and there is no personal service. Some are really rude. They are under staff and the lines are long. Lots of chaos Mountain view is constant, quiet, personable, they deliver your meds free of charge and lots of parking if you go yourself. Great location and very nice staff.”

“I had a good experience with Advanced. It took awhile to get my appointment set up. The class to use my CPAP equipment was very good. Instructor friendly and personable. I had a problem when I Iost my mask and hose during a move and they were great. Helped me replace it for minimal cost and didn't effect my compliance.”

“I almost didn't go to this place due to some of the reviews but I am so happy I did. I needed to rent a cpap due to mine not working. My situation was a bit urgent as I had not been getting much recuperative sleep or good breathing support. I went to their location and everyone from the customer service rep working at the cubicle to the therapy specialist, and managers helped me! The therapist that worked with me gave me an excellent and thorough orientation on how to use the cpap I rented. They answered all my questions and felt so relieved to get the help I needed. They have fair pricing for cpaps based on my research! They were professional and I felt the therapist had a true willingness to help me! I don't know what happened in the other cases but I can say that my experience was truly great!UPDATE: This review was for a company called Soft Touch.
