It took months for me to get my supply reorder. The parent company blamed the local for equipment not being authorized which led to several denials after several phone calls. Poor customer service. I am looking for another company.

I have nothing but high marks for the Marietta location. It has come a long way. The customer service rep for me was Merideth who took care of all of my needs. Everything was done without hesitation and, if you could hear a smile - she had one.

Incompetent staff. No sense of urgency! No compassion / strong understanding of deal with seniors. Looking for different provider in the Atlanta area.
