“This is our favorite lighting and fan store. We love local stores like this, that offer personal touch. My husband and I have bought ceiling fans for the entire house, chandeliers, outdoor sconces, bathroom and dining room sconces. They carry good quality selections at the store, and they have also ordered us from the catalogs. Brandon and Caroline were always very nice, courteous, helpful and informative. The prices are reasonable, and their service is exceptional, that's the reason we keep going back and purchasing from them. We highly recommend them.”

If the items you are purchasing are not lumber, they are fantastic. I pick my own lumber because I only trust myself for that. I am not throwing shade at this store about lumber. Their curbside pickup is the best I’ve ever seen.”

“What an amazing experience buying an iron door at the Marietta home center store. We first visited their Roswell location as well to see a specific style but they weren’t as helpful or polite. Went to Marietta and boy was Anthony very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He showed us the multiple options and helped us decide. Then cerieilo helped us complete the purchase. I came back three months later and they still remembered me. Amazing customer service. Those two gentlemen deserve a raise or bonus for going above and beyond.”

There was just something that didn't seem to me when I went to deliver the machine...
Unfortunately, when I went to deliver the machine, another person was receiving it and this young man was not friendly, he only told me where he was going to place the machine and did not check if everything was ok! I am very sorry that you have people in that position, but he wasn’t nice.”

From the moment I approached him with my questions, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent ample time with me, guiding me through the entire process, from choosing the right soil to selecting the perfect plants for my specific garden. He even went above and beyond, offering valuable tips and tricks for proper plant care and maintenance. I left Home Depot feeling confident, and with the plants and supplies suggested by Rod, I was able to create a beautiful garden that I'm proud of. “I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”
“I can’t say enough about Bob in the paint section. He worked with me to get a paint match for our siding. Was difficult to do. Took several tries due to it being a Sherwin Williams original rather than Lowe’s, but Sherwin didn’t get it right when I went to them. So, he was committed to solving the problem. He has years of experience working with paint, and it shows. He was so committed to seeing the issue through that he stayed over after it was his time to leave for the day and even walked outside to compare things in natural light once we started getting closer to the right color. Lowe’s is fortunate to have him. GREAT customer service and deep color/paint knowledge, Bob has! I really appreciated his extra efforts. :)”

I appreciate her professionalism, courteousness and knowledge. She is polite, asks pertinent questions so she understands what we are trying to accomplish then leads you or directs you to exactly what you are looking for. She saves us time and aggravation. We have run into other people that she has helped, and they know exactly who we are talking about as they have had the same experience as we have.
