Bait and switch. Had confirmation for rental car and rode Uber to location. Was told that I was going to have to pay 30 dollars more a day to get car because they don't have economy cars. The guy was rude and said that Expedia keeps booking economy cars and we will not honor the rate. He said that he called me and I told him that he didn't. He said "we have to call , we don't have to leave message." Waste of my time!!! Do not rent from Hertz!!!!

This is the second time this year that I made reservations at this location and walked away without a car. They need to stop allowing for online reservations if they cannot guarantee availability for the car class reserved, or at least allow to keep the same rate for an upgraded car that they might have available.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I booked 2 cars - a compact and full size car. The Hertz staff called me the day of to asked about my 2 rentals. I told her to cancel the compact car. She said they have a full size car on lot. I arrived at the location and was informed they did not have a full size car but instead a midsize car but I would be charged and additional $20 upgrade fee - 1st problem. When the car was ready I opened the door and the seats were soiled, the car smelled like the zoo and the arm rest was dirty and soiled. I told the staff member this was UNACCEPTABLE and I did not want this car. She stated I could get another car but it would be an additional upgrade!!! No m'am!!! Unfortunately, I had to rent the soiled smelly car. At that time it was after 5pm and the Enterprise across the street was closed but if it was earlier I would have canceled the Hertz reservation and walked across the street. During this time I noticed 2 other customers walk in and the staff did the same thing. Charged them an upgrade because their original car type was not available on the lot. This is bad business and problem!!

This place sucks. Had a prepaid reservation that they did not honor. They lied about trying to call us, and had ZERO interest in resolving the issue. Another person there was having a similar problem and they were giving US attitude. Absolutely horrible - should have known because Hertz has been bad in the past - worst car rental company by far.

Horrible customer service skills. Horrible resolution skills. Hertz rep had the audacity to have an attitude with us because the car we were waiting on had yet to arrive, time was of the essence and she did not communicate with us when we called to say we were on the way to pick up our 8am reservation that our vehicle would be approximately an hour late returning to the location-- yet when we asked questions regarding a solution she offer, she became defensive, nasty and immediately wanted to upsale us with a larger vehicle. I've rented from this location several times and it's always been my preference but this experience was unnecessary and could've been handled with actual CUSTOMER CARE. I'll take my business elsewhere.

if I could put a zero I would. Had a confirmed reservation, waited in line 20 minutes & then they tell me as well as all three customers at the counters that they had no cars available! Branch manager wouldn't even come out of his office to appease customers. unacceptable customer service. On top of all this, the floor was filthy, trash was overflowing in the lobby, and tiles were broken and chipped. First & last time to rent from Hertz! Stay away!

Would give this location -100 stars if I could. We've been stupid and rented from this location several times. One time the car was filthy. Another time there was a swarm of hundreds of ants in the car. Today was the icing on the cake though. We're Hertz gold which you'd think meant something but it doesn't. Was supposed to pick the car up at 10:00 this morning. Got there around 10:15. There's one person working at the counter on the phone. One person on a computer doing nothing. Another person cleaning the counters and 3 other employees walking around doing I have no idea what. So it seems like there's about 6-7 employees there but only one that can help with our reservation.After making us wait over 15 minutes (which now puts us past the Hertz 30 minute grace period), we finally get help from the person that was on the phone. We start the process, she has us put our card in to pay and gets the contract going but all of the sudden leaves in the middle of helping us. We heard other employees talking about some missing keys or something. We don't really know where she went but she disappeared for 10-15 min. Comes back and tells us they don't have a car for the class we reserved (I see 5-6 cars in the parking lot that are the class we reserved) and we'll have to take a higher class for an additional $20 a day.My wife is a travel agent and deals with rental cars a lot plus we rent cars a lot so we know that it's supposed to be that you get the class up at no additional charge when they haven't honored the reservation and don't have your car. This lady told us that Hertz corporate changed their policy a week ago and they charge for a class upgrade now even though they haven't honored the reservation. This lady completely lied to us. My wife got in the phone with Hertz corporate and they did not change their policy a week ago. We'd had enough of this complete disregard for the customer and complete lack of professionalism so we said cancel it and decided to go elsewhere. When we were walking out, we saw the lady who was cleaning the counters while we waited when we first got there doing a reservation for someone. She could've been helping us the whole time when the other counter lady was on the phone when we first walked in. I think they have a scam going at this location where they make you wait past the 30 min grace period and then tell you your original rental class isn't available so you have to take a higher class at a higher price.Funniest thing was we went to the Enterprise down the street and there were 2 other people there that had come from this same Hertz because the exact same thing that happened to us had happened to them. Whoever the manager/owner of this location is should be ashamed. What a deplorable way to do business and treat your customers.I would stay as far away from this location as possible. If you're lucky enough that they have the car you actually reserved it will probably be filthy or have an ant infestation. No wonder Hertz declared bankruptcy and their stock tanked if they allow this kind of crap to happen, especially to a gold member.

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Showed up for my reservation and they were out of cars and people sitting around waiting for help. Thankfully we were able to cancel online and head to enterprise. Also should note that I have used Hertz in the past and the car smelled of smoke and had trash in it.

Folks, don't waste your time here. Reservations mean nothing. Came to pick up my car last evening, no cars. Told me to come back in morning, came back, no cars. So they say. Wasted 2 Uber rides. Horrible business and service.

Auggie and his whole team were great and helped me find the best deal with a sticky situation I was in from a rental I had made that originally wasn't optimal for my trip. Super supportive in the adjustment and great looking out for the customer.
