625 W Crossville Rd Ste 134, RoswellI recently bought a car seat for my dog, but upon opening it, I discovered that the product had been previously used and then returned. I immediately went back to the store and explained the situation to the cashier. She was very helpful and offered to process a return for me. The manager was called to assist us and he checked to see if they had any more in stock, but unfortunately, they did not. He then offered to refund the seat. I asked if they would sell it to me at a discount, so I wouldn't have to go to another store to look for a replacement. Meanwhile, the cashier kindly lint-rolled the car seat to make it cleaner for my dog. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service provided by the store.

951 Mansell Rd, RoswellThis was the first time we’ve boarded our cat & dog at PetSuites Roswell. Initially, I called first to see what the availability was like. We had a family emergency and our travel dates were very indecisive. The front office personne(Emma, Kai)were very patient/understanding. After setting up a profile which Nuvia(think that was her name)helped me with in their system & having a pre-checkin all we had to do was bring our pets in. The pets seemed relax. My cat is alittle skittish and I was afraid he wouldn’t let anyone close, but Emma said he was very friendly letting her play & brush him. My dog seemed to love her little bed because every time we looked at her she was very comfortable in it. They ate, played, went to bathroom. What more could we expect. Thank you PetSuites for giving us one less thing to worry about at a very emotional time.

910 Woodstock Rd Ste 120, RoswellMy dog Sadie and I had a great experience at Pet Bar Roswell today. We switched from a different groomer because Pet Bar is in a more convenient location for us. The facility was clean and organized. The service was everything I asked for, and on top of that they were QUICK. I used to have to wait 4 hours for my dog at your former groomer for a very basic service. Pet Bar had Sadie ready in about an hour, which is really helpful for her since the groomer can cause her anxiety. I also love that they have the dogs in small rooms (with a half door) and they have cameras on each room that staff (and owners) can see. I didn’t see any cages in sight. It just gives me peace of mind that they are keeping an eye on my dog, and also that they aren’t just locking her up in a small cage before/after her service. Again, with anxiety, small cages can be really hard for her. 10/10 would recommend Pet Bar and we will definitely return.

I've enjoyed the experience of going here as Ken has made the process easy, his customer service is clear and we're always happy to see the job that he did on both of our dogs. I've never had anything close to a complaint after coming for five months. I would recommend his services to anyone with a dog.

Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital
1575 Holcomb Bridge Rd #2517, RoswellWe recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.

Evan helped me solve so many problems I was having, from one of them getting carsick, to the two of them non-stop wrestling, to pulling on their leashes. He had great suggestions for the proper equipment, food, vets and he even brought one of his crates with him to see if it would fit in the back of my car. He showed me what I was doing wrong and how to make small changes to get way better results. Yesterday for the first time ever I took them both for a mile walk by myself at a public park and they were angels! I smiled so big when we passed a lady with a large labradoodle that was lunging at my dogs and my two just kept right on walking with me.

14 Elizabeth Way, RoswellI was in the Atlanta area for work and Canton St Social was one of the highlights of my trip. I went in on a random Thursday night and was warmly welcomed by the staff. I sat at the bar and conversed with the bartender, I think Will was his name. He helped me make a decision about an entree and we discussed our mutual love for whiskey. I ended up ordering the cajun pasta and it was delicious! I opted for the crispy chicken and it was a perfect compliment to the dish. The breading was light and crunchy (it was even crunchy the next day when I ate leftovers!) and the sauce on the pasta was wonderful. I wish it had been a little more spicy though! I ordered the vanilla chai old fashioned which was unique and warming, great for a cold night! I was also excited to see they had a bourbon I've been wanting to try so of course I ordered it. Canton St Social is definitely somewhere I will make a point to return to next time i'm in town.

We sat at the bar and had the most exceptional service I’ve ever received at salt factory. Brendan was our bartender and he was kind, funny, and very informative. He recommended the pork tacos and the Moroccan meatballs and they did not disappoint! He answered all of our questions and was very patient with my indecisiveness. He took great care of us and I will request his service every time I get the chance!
