And, I want to be sure to recognize the efforts and the new manager. In fact, while I've seen progress at Roswell, I've seen the opposite at the Sandy Plains store. “I recently bought a house next to this store and have been experiencing the home buyers curse of everything breaking, so I'm a frequent flyer here multiple times a week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, the welcoming staff is what makes it. They are not only knowledgeable on the store, but so many of them actual understand home improvement and are excited to help. They have given me so many great ideas saving me time and money while ultimately leading to home upgrades better than I ever envisioned. Everytime I've had an issue with a product they have always refunded or discounted to take care of me. In the few short months I've lived here, I'm pretty sure I'm on a first name basis with more of the staff at Home Depot than I am with my Church. Shout outs to Janice and Don for everything.”

“I have used their curbside pickup several times now. And every time they are waiting on me to park. I’m never there more than a few minutes. If the items you are purchasing are not lumber, they are fantastic. I pick my own lumber because I only trust myself for that. I am not throwing shade at this store about lumber. Their curbside pickup is the best I’ve ever seen.”
