“First of all I want to apologize to Matt the Store Manager and the 2 employees working the date of 01/29/2024 around 12:00 pm for the accidental 1 star rating (intended for the store in Milton area) because they truly DO NOT deserve that. They went above and beyond on helping and assisting. On my defense, the email for the survey stated “rate your interaction” but was not giving the address of the Ace Hardware, which was an online transaction and over the phone interaction with the store in Midtown/Milton, beyond acceptable level of any common sense or courtesy! They could learn from the Team members in Crabapple how to behave.In a nut shel, the manager and employees at the Crabapple location were OUTSTANDING”
