“Customer Service here regardless of who is working is EVERYTHING!Usually, the lovely manager Ambria is working when I do by drop-ins with her engaging assistance. Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

“Great place. I just wish that they carried larger sizes in the store. I'm 6'5" and I have 2 kids close to that height so we are extremely limited in what we can find in store. They do have a great online selection for us but trying stuff on is rather difficult to do online.”

Belinda on the other hand, was super rude to the associates & seemed a little dingy. The store would be perfect if it weren't for the dirty bathrooms & Belinda. GET HER GONE!!!!!!”

They spent a lot of time trying to find the product for me enthusiastically, finally, Mitra found one for me which I liked, which was enough to make me feel very satisfied.However, what moved me even more was that Mitra gave me the best price in the market for the ring I bought , because the domestic inflation is currently at a high level and the prices of goods and services are constantly rising, I never expected to buy such a beautiful product using such a cheap piece.I have never had such a wonderful service.
