They did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and courteously assisting me, and I actually got the feeling that they enjoy working there (a rarity in a world of staffing shortages). Whatever you're doing, keep it up!”

“Great place. I just wish that they carried larger sizes in the store. I'm 6'5" and I have 2 kids close to that height so we are extremely limited in what we can find in store. They do have a great online selection for us but trying stuff on is rather difficult to do online.”

“I have been going to this Once Upon A Child location for years. Though I always wish that during the different "sales" throughout the year, the sale items were in a more designated area, and not just all mixed in throughout the racks, this place as been such a blessing to my family and provided so much that for my girls we would otherwise not be able to afford/provide. They recently the last couple of years have had a lot of staff turn over, I am thankful for this as it has weeded out a lot of employees that simply didn't really want to work or be bothered or cared. That's not to say that there still aren't a couple I would prefer to see be gone (some that don't really do any work), but I guess every place has them. That being said, there are some definite gems there, especially the management team. They always makes me and my girls feel so welcomed and not a bother. This store is a children's store, for people to be able to come in a buy children's things, but doesn't allow children (when they come in with their guardians) to come in and run a muck, destroy things, disturb other customers, etc, (it's doesnt turn into a chuck e cheese) and I so appreciate that, as most other buy/consignment stores do not care and your trip there becomes miserable. Thank to Once Upon A Child for setting a standard and holding to it. My family appreciates you!”
