Absolutely love this gym! It has all of my essentials and is so clean! Shelly is amazing and consistently goes above and beyond to assure you have what you need for your personal fitness journey. All equipment is well maintained too! Highly recommend!

Started about a month ago and I’m absolutely loving it! Everyone is super friendly! Very welcoming atmosphere! I really like being able to go any time, I typically work late nights and am able to go afterwards. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym to join! :)

I joined this gym after going to commercial gyms most of my life and I am so glad that I did! I can workout any time I’d like to and feel safe doing so. Mrs. Shelly is incredibly personable and helpful and the gym itself is very clean and has all the equipment you could ever need for an amazing workout. ?
We encourage health and well-being for every woman in a clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. This is a women's only gym that gives its members 24/7 access. We have a StairMaster, TreadClimber, Concept 2 Rower, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, strength training machines, Smith machine, and free weights as well as Whole Body Vibration machines for a total body workout. We are never crowded. Experience the difference! Different from the intimidating gyms and uniquely equipped with exercise machines that are much more versatile than other women's studios. We have staffed hours for training new members and working with established members. We welcome visitors during these hours or by appointment. Health and Energy is your BeneFit!
