Been waiting a week for my prescription. During that week, apparently my insurance told them I need a prior authorization to fill. Does anyone contact me? Of course not. So now I am going to have to go another week without my medications because of your screw up, but hey, your sorry.

Usually the customer service at the Kroger pharmacy is pretty good. Today, when I had questions about my prescriptions it seemed like the pharmacy technician was bothered because I needed her assistance. She was very curt.

This pharmacy is not good. Several times my perscriptions were not ready at their scheduled times. Also the customer service is lack luster.
