“We ended up stranded with a DEAD dead battery a couple miles down the road from this Goodyear location. After calling 3 other nearby parts stores, as well as 2 other good samaritans trying to help… they sent a technician over with a jump box to assist us. They were beyond helpful and immediately got our vehicle to start. We were so so thankful. Oh, this was also only 10min before they closed. They even stayed late to install a new batter for us. VERY pleased with the service we received.”

The guy over there suggested that I should use his pickup truck to get that part. That was very thoughtful of him. He did his work within 30 minutes, such a fast service. “On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn't even see her coming. Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.”
“Carmen at the front desk was absolutely incredible. My friend and I were on a road trip from Tennessee and a piece of wood had gotten stuck in the tire. We needed to make it 6 hours back home. Carmen made sure we got a new tire and were back on the road even though we were a walk in and the shop was fully booked with appointments for the day. She was very kind and even worked through her lunch break to make sure we got taken care of, she was truly a blessing! We would not have made it without her.”
