“The owner is very disrespectful & rude. Management gets nothing done from complaints to more complaints they should be out of business. Staff seems to not care about the unclean rooms and they are quick to take your money and don't refund you back so if there is a problem with the room it's on you. There's no good service here & the staff could care less about making your stay as comfortable and enjoying as possible. If you want good service and clean room don't stay here. Management sucks!”

“Normally when traveling I recognize the front dest or food and beverage because it's easy for them to go above and beyond. With this hotel they were great, but the housekeeping team is so good, that they are so recognizably better than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. The housekeeping staff at this hotel is damn near invisible, but extremely present. The rooms and facilities are immaculate. Leave for the day, come back, the room is in better condition each time. Great job housekeeping!”

“The Roswell Georgia location goes beyond "Southern Hospitality". Beverly and the staff are always accommodating. The rooms are set up nicely to make a longer stay pleasant. They are always responsive to any questions about the area and information about restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If you are a longer term resident they do make you feel like part of the community. The refrigerator, microwave and cooktop are essential. Fresh linens and towels upon request.”

“This is a great hotel for the price. All of the staff had been nice and courteous during my stay here. I would DEFINITELY recommend. My tub drained a lil slow when I got here but they quickly fixed it! They have a nice size TV with pretty decent channels, small fridge and I REALLY love the detachable shower head in the bathroom. Book with this hotel if you want to get bang for your bucks!”

“This was a great stay! We were looking for hotel in the Atlanta area and we chose this one! Upon reading reviews a lot of hotels in Atlanta seem to have a common issue but this one didn't! When you walk in it smells like you're walking into a spa! They offer a healthy selection of hot breakfast for two! Oh and every room has workout equipment. They only thing however was the elevator! It was only one elevator for the entire building! The elevator on the right needed maintenance. But other that this was a great stay and in a great area.”

“Room was beautifu except my booking stated a double room and it wasn't. Also the makeup mirror in the room was not working so my lady could not use it. I love their fresh cookies. The door to my room didn't close fully unless I pulled it. It would get to a certain point and stop. I was only staying overnight so didn't feel like the hassle of inquiring why I didn't have a double room. Unless the pool wasn't opening until May but looked like it was ready to be used, it was great weather so would have liked to have had that option to take a dip.”

“My husband and I were traveling with our 20 year old daughter. We had a suite with the king bedroom and a queen bedroom. It was so nice for both rooms to have their own private bathroom and sleeping space! We enjoyed the little sitting area and were glad to have the full-sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in our suite. The decor is a bit dark and dated, but it was clean.The staff members at the Sonesta ES Suites were very friendly. We did try and get someone to help us get some lounge chairs from the locked pool deck, but had no success there 2 days in a row.The location of the hotel itself was fabulous! It felt almost "tucked away" into a quiet residential area. We loved the beauty and shade of all the large trees. It was easy to relax while sitting in the lovely, but simply landscaped courtyard. We couldn't believe how quiet it was and yet was only a few minutes walk to everything! Target (with a Starbucks inside), great restaurants, bars, yoga, crossfit, a boogie boutique for your pets, and French pastries are all on the other side of the trees, right across the street! We were disappointed that the pool was closed and the lounge chairs around the pool were locked behind the gate. The weather during our stay was so beautiful (as it usually is in the spring in the south!) and it would've been perfect for lounging in the sun!Would we go back to the Sonesta ES Suites? Probably, yes!”
“During my business travels, I’ve stayed at several Motel 6 locations throughout the United States and this particular hotel, located on Breckenridge Boulevard in Duluth, Georgia surpasses them all.The rooms are very clean, top notch, amenities, and the staff very professional.Convenient to restaurants, entertainment and Interstate Highway accessibility.I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family and business associate.”
“reat location close to offices and retail.Check in was easy and pleasant, our Hilton status wasn’t recognized which rarely happens at Hilton properties.The room was clean, spacious, and the bed very comfortable.Bathroom was stocked with toiletries.Mini kitchen had all the stuff you’d need for an extended stay.Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and the norm.There was one annoying thing in the lobby, there was a recurring advertisement for the hotel touting it’s benefits and it played over and over.Overall good experience.”

“I booked a room at this location and had to cancel. When I called to cancel there there was some miscommunication and my card was charged. Upon seeing the charge I called and spoke with Nyshelle and she explained everything. I missed the cancelation time by 15 minutes so technically she didn't have to help me. She was extremely kind and issued a refund. Customer service at its finest. Nyshelle gets 5 Stars and deserves to be recognized!”
