“Not going to lie, this was the best customer service I have had from a hotel in a while. The gentleman at the front, Ryan I think, made sure we got the best room available. There was tons of space in the room! Would stay here again if I travel to Atlanta!Food & drinks: Free breakfast at 630am”

“This was a great stay! We were looking for hotel in the Atlanta area and we chose this one! Upon reading reviews a lot of hotels in Atlanta seem to have a common issue but this one didn't! When you walk in it smells like you're walking into a spa! They offer a healthy selection of hot breakfast for two! Oh and every room has workout equipment. They only thing however was the elevator! It was only one elevator for the entire building! The elevator on the right needed maintenance. But other that this was a great stay and in a great area.”

“reat location close to offices and retail.Check in was easy and pleasant, our Hilton status wasn’t recognized which rarely happens at Hilton properties. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed very comfortable.Bathroom was stocked with toiletries.Mini kitchen had all the stuff you’d need for an extended stay.Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and the norm. There was one annoying thing in the lobby, there was a recurring advertisement for the hotel touting it’s benefits and it played over and over.Overall good experience.”

“I booked a room at this location and had to cancel. When I called to cancel there there was some miscommunication and my card was charged. Upon seeing the charge I called and spoke with Nyshelle and she explained everything. I missed the cancelation time by 15 minutes so technically she didn't have to help me. She was extremely kind and issued a refund. Customer service at its finest. Nyshelle gets 5 Stars and deserves to be recognized!”

“The hotel corresponds to its level. In principle, I liked everything. The only thing I didn’t like was that the website says that the hotel has a Shatov service for three Miles, but in fact it wasn’t there! Need an update information on the site.”

“Perfect location near food places, friendliest staff I’ve ever met, room was clean, very quiet hotel, and we ended up staying for a few weeks while our house was being built. Highly recommendedRooms: We stayed in a King suite and the bed is comfortable, tv works great, Wi-Fi is great, and very spaciousSafety: We felt very safe, they have cameras that work, security is always watching, and they don’t give out information about who’s staying here.Food & drinks: Located right beside a Waffle House, Chili’s, Burger King, North point mall, Target, Panera Bread, and so many more food place within walking distance.”

“I went online and booked this hotel for me and my three children and after I booked it I looked online at the reviews and saw things that were not so great so I became skeptical. I'm not sure what anybody is talking about because we had a great stay. The guy in the reception area super amazing. Super sweet, happy, smiling and formative. Very pleasant. They have a laundry room. The machines work perfectly. It even accepts card if you don't have coins, which makes things very convenient. The rooms I mean you get what you pay for so of course it's not a five-star high classroom but it was clean and we had everything that we needed and everything works. I rate this is a five star because there was not one single issue or problem. I did not see any roaches. There was not any weird smells like people are saying and I thought it was amazing.”

“My room is clean, the bed is soft, the hotel is in a relatively quiet suburban area. The staff was very nice and attentive, the hotel has modern furnishings that are very comfortable and lots of area down in the lobby for working with laptops or just relaxing and watching TV. They have multiple outlets and a wireless charging alarm clock in the room also, plus the WiFi always worked. The hotel has on site parking, laundry service that's coin operated, a gym, but also in close walking distance to two strip malls that includes a Walgreens. The reason why it wasn't 4 stars is the 2 floor has kind of a funky (musty) smell, not sure why? But it wasn't over powering by any means, and the breakfast cost a lot, I was on a work trip so it was included, but $6 for a small OJ is a bit much. I didn't eat on the premises but they do have food options and a small bar with prices that are kinda high, but on par with everything else around them.Nearby activities: Lots of nice restaurants within 2-3 miles and lots to do in downtown Alpharetta, which is also close.Safety: I walked around and didn't feel unsafe”

“Very pleasant staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pricey breakfast buffet. Got breakfast elsewhere. No microwave ovens in the rooms, but they do have a fridge. You have to ask for new towels and coffee daily. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Place was clean. No stains, no dirty rug. TV worked. Room size was normal for a hotel.Rooms: Nice rooms. Comfy beds and pillows!!Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet $18 per person. Not worth it to me.Noteworthy details: Lots of restaurants nearby.”

“Initially, I had planned to stay only until I found somewhere to live, maybe a month or so. I have now been here going on five months because I really like it here. The manager, Angie, Is phenomenal and has gone over and above her duties to help me out with a couple situations I’ve encountered, all to my satisfaction. And the housekeeping team is great. I get any services I need promptly. And maintenance has been right on the spot for the few little issues I’ve had. I would highly recommend the Extended Stay Rock Mill Road in Alpharetta to anyone looking for just an overnight or longer stay. I am very comfortable in calling this my home. Thank you Angie, Abby, Oscar, and the rest of the staff for their outstanding performance and in keeping this Extended Stay hotel one of the best I’ve ever stayed at.”
