“What a WOW! experience we reciently had at this store. Long story short, it is alway a pleasue to shop here, but the assistant manager, "David", who we had just met blew us away with his handling of our purchase of a new outdoor deck furniture set. I can only wish that the CEO of the company had been watching. From the moment we met, his overall attitude, style and professionalism were outstanding. On the drive home my wife and I tried to recall a better shopping experience and could not. It reminded us of the Lexus tag line "Experience Amazing". Although our new deck furniture cost tens of thousands less than a new Lexus lol, the experience was met with the same respect for the needs of the customer and the feeling of quality. HomeGoods is one of our most favorite and valued stores and we only wish to make it even better by calling out this latest experience. I retired years ago from 36 years of wonderful service with the worlds largest manufacturer of consumer products and if I know anything, it is this- When outstanding people doing outstanding work are rewarded, outstanding things happen for us all. “I had never even tried a sleep number bed but Mandy was so knowledgable and explained everything so well. I thought I know which bed I wanted but I ended up purchasing a different bed because she took the time to explain everything about them and let me try them out. I'm a touch person so I have to feel the mattress and actual see how it feels when I lay down on it. The purchase/finance was so easy. Mandy also helped me purchase a new remote for my sisters bed as a gift. My sister has had her bed for 14 years and needed an new remote. Mandy called main office to make sure we were ordering the correct remote and set up for it to be deleivered directly to my sisters house. Everything was easy and smooth. Dana Cherry”

The mango wood is impressive and looks like a far more expensive table. I was also very pleased with the meticulous packing and no damage at all. “Seeing a lot of low reviews, I wanted to share another perspective. Bought a large item and got the wrong item shipped to me (a much cheaper and smaller item). To be fair, the item was direct shipped from the manufacturer, so I don't know where the fault lay. Once I reached out, however, Iron Accents rectified the situation and the correct item was shipped out promptly. The item was as pictured--a beautiful piece--and the price was the best found on the internet. So, the experience was ultimately satisfactory with a bit of a bump in the road. Note: Recommended that you contact them via email rather than phone for the most effective communication.”

“BE MORE LIKE PABLO! I buy La-z-boy because the brand has always been very durable. I will spend a little extra for higher quality products. The lift recliner I bought just under a year ago has been a great investment for me due to back issues which ultimately led to surgery, plus mobility issues due to a chronic illness.One part of my fully motorized chair stopped working so I had to schedule in home service. Pablo, who just left after fixing my headrest was awesome. First, through no fault of his own because the repair order he received was missing relevant detail, didn't have the part my chair needed so he made a quick trip back to the warehouse to grab it and bring it back to finish the repair. That never happens IRL, so just that one thing deserves 5 stars! But, wait there's more.Pablo made the repair then looked for the root cause, wire was caught somewhere causing it be severed. One strategically placed zip tie means I don't have to worry about it again. He then addressed other concerns and provided preventative maintenance for them, including the loose screw he tightened. This may have caused much larger issues in the future. We will never know, because Pablo fixed it before it could.Pablo deserves a raise. He earned it today and probably every day. Thank you, Pablo.”

“To be honest , I love Target, but this Target creeps me out a little bit. ALL the employees are the nicest employees you can ask for . The store is clean, it's just that it's so quiet in there because for some reason they don't play music and it's super quiet and creepy. It gets really awkward when you are having a conversation and everyone around you can hear it. What's even worse is when some idiot is on their phone being very loud and inappropriate. Not just once but at least a few times I have had my kids with me and can hear every word of an obnoxious person an isle over yelling or arguing with a boyfriend or either rehashing how great the night before was when they were all wasted and high. I decided to write this review in the hopes that they read it and play some music in the store!”
“We bought a table with 8 chairs. While the wait was longer than expected, the owner was very attentive and friendly. The table and chairs were handmade to order, therefore it took a while to get it, but the finished product is absolutely beautiful and was worth the wait. While waiting for the table we ordered a bedroom set, which is beautiful as well. The delivery people were very prompt, quick to get everything put together and set up. Overall, it was a really nice experience. I will certainly recommend this store to friends and family.”
