“I went into the Metro store today located on Jimmy Carter and I had the best experience ever. Shamaiah was very helpful, patient, clear, and concise with her instructions. She had compassion for my situation and made sure I was able to walk out the door with everything I needed. I enjoyed my time working with her and Hannah… Shamaiah is a stellar employee who is very knowledgeable about all processes and is incredibly professional as well as nice. I could write a book about this wonderful experience I had but I will stop here. “went into the store with no idea on what i wanted and left with everything i didn’t even know i needed! the moment i walked in the store i was complemented immediately by the sales associate Aisha. she is such a sweetheart. if you’re reading this, you were such a big help!!! she gave me the best deals on plans to get since i was switching over from sprint, and so far the entire plan i have has been AMAZING and convenient . she also gave me so much information on an old device that i brought in that i was giving to my sister & even referenced places where i could get that device fixed!! i have literally NEVER met a sales associate as intelligent, genuine and helpful as her.i will be referring my entire family to this specific location because of her.”
