They spent hours on the phone and computer with Total Wireless to get my phone issues corrected and they resolved it the correct way. “My wife and I had a complex list of tasks to do at this store: trade in two phones, buy a new watch, and inquire about the fiber network.Hayden and Coral were amazing! They answered our questions with professionalism and patience. They helped us set up the phones, complete the watch order and network service. We spent two hours with them and they made sure everything was working before we left. This changed my perception of att retail stores.They went above and beyond their duties. I had been to two other att stores before this one, but none of them gave us any advice that was in our best interest. At this store, Hayden, Coral and the manager Jad gave us three tips to save money. We were able to save about $60 per month thanks to them.One thing we learned was that, if you buy an apple series 9 watch at ATT, you get an SE watch for free. I would also recommend you try the fiber network instead of cable, it’s a much better experience. If you need to talk to Att, I will recommend this location.Finally, kudos to the manager Jad! Thank you for building such a customer-focused team!”

“Went there AFTER pickup side was closed. Front door guy said go to customer service and ask for managers. his name was Theo. Guy walks up when I'm asking for MGR. he inquired about my need. I told him I had a pickup and how do I get a refund...? He said if I come back in the am, I can get it. I said no I'm leaving town in the AM. He said he can go and see if he can find it. I waited for 10 minutes and VOILÀ ‼ He brought it out! BOB IS THE GREATEST‼‼‼ Thanks again‼”

“After multiple phone calls and online chats to activate a replacement phone sent to me in the mail, I visited this location extremely frustrated with the level of service. The salesperson (I wish I had asked for his name) was able to activate my phone in less than 5 minutes. Person to person service is invaluable and it seems to be happening less and less these days. Verizon, like most large companies has their whole business model upside down. The hard working employees in the stores deserve more credit and pay for their efforts. Your outsourced chat/phone operators need more training. I would like to thank the gentlemen who activated my phone and helped save a customer. I will visit IN PERSON next time I am ready upgrade.”
