It was actually significantly easier than I expected. Another customer was there for an appointment and the other customer service person was asking if they needed water, coffee, anything else. It was my first time visiting this specific branch, and I usually dread going to a bank or a financial office; however I won't hesitate in the future to go back whenever I need to.
