I went to the branch on Buford Hwy. Cumming, GA. to cash a $30.00 check. I was called into an office not the teller window. Gave the lady my two ID's. I walk in there’s only two people in the branch and they’re shopping online. My husband ordered pounds from our joint account and they won’t let me pick up the pounds because I’m not the one that signed for them even though it’s joint account. Moronic rules. Synovus is so much better.

To be fair I have not been inside the location. However be aware that the hoirs listed on here are not up to date. This branch is closed on Saturdays.
