“A month ago, I refinanced a recently purchased vehicle with GUCU. The banking transitioning is going very smooth and easy, thanks to Jessica D. She definitely represents the meaning of quality services and caring. Unfortunately, the transaction with the dealership (Hayes Ram in Gainesville), has been rough, but Jessica has gone above and beyond supportive throughout this process. This is my first experience with GUCU and I’m a new member. To be honest, this is probably my 3rd review I’ve ever posted in my life. “Update on my last post about the experience I had when applying for a credit card with Georgia United the previous post was under S. Ridley. I received a phone call from the manager Brandon over loan services and he was actually on vacation with all of this happened and he apologized and it was definitely not handled in the correct manner. He took care of me and turned my secure card into a regular visa and refunded the money that had been on hold for several years for that card we also talked about a possible future personal loan. He told me that it was definitely not handled in the proper manner and he would be speaking to his team lead and his team to get them on the same Page and the same Accord as how to provide excellent customer service regardless of the situation. He made me feel like a valued Georgia United customer and promised that his goal was to make me feel that way and to see what he could do to fix the situation and turn it from a negative into a positive he definitely went above and beyond to do that. I appreciate him, Georgia United is lucky to have him and I will continue to do business with them as long as he is there. This had turned into a stressful situation and I'm very happy that he was able to turn that around. Thank you so much to Brandon and I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service that I did get from him to resolve this situation.”

“Out of all the places I have banked with I have never felt as welcomed as I did at this location. Normally when I go to a bank to open an account or anything I feel as if though we're just going over directions and plans and such which is totally fine but what set this branch aside from everywhere else is how welcoming and personal everyone was. My banker, Jaylyn, was absolutely awesome! I've never imagined I would actually have fun while opening up an account. Jaylyn (idk if this is how you spell your name so sorry if I spelled it wrong ) is the greatest banker of all time! Every bank needs more people like her :-)”

“I've been a patron of this bank for a LONG time. Having grown up in this area, I started my own business account with this bank, had my personal account started up with this bank, and I go there quite a lot. I've never really had a problem to be honest. Although I don't go there quite as much anymore, whenever I do, I try to go during an offtime. Living in NYC has taught me that anything in the rush-hour period is insane and just self-torture, so instead of fighting it out, I either come to the ATM afterhours or I will make it a point to come with an appointment. It helps to make the appointment online and you're already in the system. They do have social distancing and more bank associates now than a few years ago so I know they are growing. Service has always been good, but then again I've always had my stuff ready so that it was a fast process. I don't expect people to fix my issues if I don't have the things that they need to fix it which honestly is also very helpful when dealing with banks. Their notary department is on point (appt recommended). I didn't have my ATM card with me since I just brought my phone and ID, but they were able to help me anyway with my drivers license. Irina Song was so on point, she even checks the document to make sure that I know what I'm signing. I'm glad that this level of responsibility exists here at this branch. Will definitely encourage users to look into using this location!”

“Visited the Bank of America branch today after 10 + years . The location is perfect and calm and have lot of parking spaces round the branch . Entered the bank and on both side we have independent section where bank employees work for various departments. ATM is located at one corner of BOA .Went for cashier check and waited in the line as other BOA employees attending other visitors. One of BOA employee Howell called next in line , so I Visited Mr. Howell Ferry for cashier check and it was done in 5 min . He is knowledgeable and done the job in 5 min.I recommend the branch to others .”
