“This is a nice property - the office staff is very nice and the property is in a country setting with lots of amenities. Love the pool!! The staff was very friendly from the time I walked into the office throughout the tour of the property and apartments. I would definitely recommend this complex.”
“Due to my job I have moved a good six times over the past ten years and in that time I have lived in quite a few different apartments. Indian Trail Apartments has by far been the best experience I have had living in an apartment. They are fairly priced, beautifully renovated, and the management is phenomenal. Shout out to the property manager Hilary. My two years here is up today due to moving into a house, but Hilary has worked with me every step of the way and has gone way out of her way to assist me in any every need I have had with the move out process. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live. Thanks Hilary and Indian Trail Apartments!”

The treatment has been a 10 and I would leave them 10 stars if they had more. I recommend to them 2 with their good treatment and cordiality, regarding the place I love a lot of vegetation!! “I have a good experience with krc hIlltops. I can't complain about anything. The office staff are very nice, especially Aspacia, always very attentive since I spoke with her when I was in Florida. When I call to report something about the apartment, the maintenance man named Ruben goes and solves the problem for me right away. I moved here in June of last year from Miramar, Florida my work transferred me here in Ga. I did everything by phone before moving here and everything was fine when I arrived and saw the apartment was just as in the photos that Aspacia sent me. My neighbors are excellent and many do not understand me since they are Hispanic but I have no complaints about them. They are all very friendly…. Thank you Aspacia and team for my home. I love it.”

“I've experienced nothing but professionalsim and knowledgeable leasing agents from the beginning! My main leasing agent, Crystal was such a joy to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure I understood everything every time I came in. Karen was her back up when Crystal was out of office and she was just as wonderful and knowledgeable. She made sure all my requests were met, and even walked with me to my new unit! (I live close to the office). The manager Claribel called me to make sure my maintenance request had been fulfilled after putting in a work order. I've lived in a lot of places and had NEVER experienced that before. Her assistant Melissa never comes in without a smile and offered me drinks and snack while waiting on my paperwork. Jeriel is a new face in the office BUT, a nice person who offered to help anyway he could. He will make a great addition to this all-star staff at this property. It's unfortunate i can't give them more stars on this review. A big THANK YOU to the leasing agents, manager, and assistant manager. I won't be going anywhere for a while. Keep up the incredible/hard work!”
“Ive been staying here for the past year & honestly I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially those who are starting out on their own or with their significant other or friends. Im going to be honest, I havent had half the problems that others have on here lol. Ive had no roach problem & no problem with response time with maintenance. I think its really how you go about things & making sure you treat people with respect & maintaining cleanliness in your home that sets the environment for yourself. The only thing that I will say is the gate hasn’t worked since we moved in lol theres not much traffic in & out so it doesnt make a big difference but having that sense of extra security would be nice. They do have breed restrictions like a lot of other apartment complexes. Other than that, my time here has been pretty peaceful. The leasing office is always friendly & they are so understanding! They will work with you & help as much as they can.”
