Even the after hours help was amazing...just a leave a voicemail and they are pretty prompt at getting back in touch with you. I didn't want to leave them..but never seemed to find anyone to help me move the things into it so I had the storage for months with only a Christmas tree in it so I decided to cancel it. But I know where to go when I'm ready for another one.”

“Visited yesterday and Ms. Alexis, the property manager helped us. We had not rented a storage unit before and she answered all our questions and more. Showed us the unit and was so wonderful to us. The unit was clean, cool, and dry and definitely climate controlled. This property has incredible security, fenced, wired and with a passcode gate to enter. The security is very well thought out and there are numerous fail safes in place. We were given a Thank You bag with our lock, keys, keychains, and the nicest promo pens I have ever seen. Ms. Alexis is superlative and made our day. Her customer service skills are the absolute best. We were very impressed.”

“We visited this U-Haul after going to two other stores unsuccessfully this morning. We had some pretty terrible experiences at the previous sites, so the wonderful treatment at this location was a welcomed relief. Professional, friendly, helpful, affordable, and thorough. The owner, Ms. Bekki, was just great! In addition to helping us through the contract process, hooking our trailer up for us, and triple checking the equipment, she also sold us a lock for 5x less than the markup other storage places we're trying to charge. Very refreshing experience. 100% recommend over other U-Hauls in Newnan. 5 stars.”
