“I needed a U-Haul at the last minute, with a car dolly, for an out of state move. Trace was amazing, he got me into the truck I needed (which had just become available), he thoroughly explained/refreshed me on towing the car and made sure I was safe to go. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Whether you have shipping needs (PakMail) or a move (U-Haul), I would absolutely recommend Trace and his team.”

“These guys are great! Always on point. They offer every service I need as a small business. They also offer every service I need as a local resident. They're closer than the local post office and they handle everything. The customer service is always nice. Not overly friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I choose them every time. Matter of fact, I'm going there today for their Notary services. Thats why I'm seeing their google reviews, I needed their number, when I noticed the reviews and thought, these guys really do deserve a good review. They are better than the post office and closer to home. PakMail Midway for The Win WIN!”

“While I've never purchased anything here since I keep my own shipping supplies, I use them often to drop off Amazon returns and pre-paid/boxed UPS shipments. Despite this, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I was in there a couple days ago and we were joking about the old terrible ownership/staff about 10 years ago and the guy who worked there that was always barefoot and supposedly brought his pig to work LOL glad these guys are running the store now...top notch service!”
