“I am taking this opportunity to give a great BIG shoutout to Chris Adams, an authorized retailer who assisted me at the Verizon store located on Hwy 81 in Mcdonough, GA. Mr. Adams offered the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. From the time I entered the store he exhibited great professionalism. He listened very carefully to the issue that I had and he immediately looked into the matter. When he did not initially see a way to help me with my issue he called another level of decision makers to help with my issue. After talking with 2 others in the upper level of decision making, they quickly stated there was nothing they could do. After hearing that there was nothing they could do, I became very disappointed in the fact that no one helped me with an issue in which I was not at fault. I have to say that in my many years of having problems with a product I had never experienced a company not trying to make a situation right where "the customer" was not at fault.
I must say that Mr. Adams saw that I was sincere and he stepped up and helped me when the ones he called to help me did not try very hard to help at all. Mr. Adams took on the role of those he escalated the decision to to be made. I realized at that point when he took out more time to look at my situation, that it's people like Mr. Adams who need to be sitting at the higher level of decision making. It's because of Mr. Adams professionalism, patience and knowledge and concern for my situation that kept me from making a decision to leave Verizon. Simply because he took the time to exhibit the best Customer Service ever. Great customer service goes a very long way, it can make or break a business. And it's people like Mr. Chris Adams who makes Verizon a great business.”
