Walgreens provides great customer service. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with issues. They help with medication and photo orders. The location is convenient, but can be slow due to limited staff. The pharmacy staff is efficient and patient, especially at the drive thru. Walgreens is a convenient place to pick up photo prints, greeting cards, and over the counter medicine. The service is usually pleasant and quick, although wait times can vary. Overall, Walgreens is a helpful and convenient store.
Made an appointment for 5:00, arrived at 4:47, tech asked a few questions and at 5:30 I'm still waiting. Mind you, there is no one is in line, no one waiting. There's simply no point in making an appointment if they aren't going to get prepped.
