The Local Exchange is a charming local store in Marietta that offers a wide variety of items inspired by the area, including books, paintings, accessories, and a selection of wines, jams, jellies, sauces, and crackers. It has a "keep it local" vibe, with many locally made food items like Peach pancake syrup and Savannah Bee lip balm, perfect for holiday shopping or finding unique gifts. The shop is cozy, with friendly and attentive staff, making it a welcoming place to browse. Visitors appreciate the large selection of items, from ceramics to stickers, and enjoy the opportunity to support local artisans. Although some feel the ceramics could be better, overall, it is a nice stop among other shops in a tourist-friendly area. The store provides a pleasant shopping experience, with opportunities to discover thoughtful gifts for loved ones and enjoy the local flavor.
They have a huge variety of things to choose from, but the ceramics aren't as good as another local artist's named Sarah Farmer. She is usually at the square on Saturdays selling at the market.
