Looking at the recent reviews and I am sorry I have not had a bad experience there at all. Tellers are awesome, Disa Walker was amazing assisting us when our accounts that were hit by fraud. An incredible staff, If I could give more stars I would.

I just went to make my mom's loan payment as I do every month and the teller couldn't make the payment because I was paying with cash as I do every month. She gave me the excuse of money laundering. How is this money laundering if I have the payment voucher and have been doing my mother's payment for years. Must have looked like a thug to her and the funny thing is I went through the drive thru. All these years it has always been the same amount cash monthly which she could have verified easily by looking at the account. She also told me my mom has to go to the branch and make the payment herself. My mom is a 73 year old woman with bad knees. I have been going to this branch for years and no longer will I be visiting this branch again. I have never seen this female employee before and she was a little rude. All the previous employees I have encountered have always been very polite and professional. Truist needs to get rid of this female employee. I'm just upset I didn't get her name but she looked Latina and was on the heavy side. This is the branch outside of Publix not to be mistaken with the branch inside.

No one seems to care at Truist. My loan balance is no accurate and is missing payments I made and all I've been told to do is to double check my statements. No help at all. I ended up moving my loan to a different lender. TRUST IS THE WORSE!Update 5/2: I sent out out a $16,000 check. No one knows where it is now and my account has been locked and I can't sign in. All i want is the title to my car. NOW IM BEING ROBBED BY TRUIST! Thank you Richard for calling me back and promising me you would help.

Recently this branch has gone down the drain!!!! What a shame… I’ve been banking with Suntrust for almost 15 Years now… will be leaving because of this sloppy merger… staff barely cares, lines are 30-45 minutes long, tellers have no idea what they’re doing… I sat inside for 45 minutes to get a card resent and the teller messed up four times… wasted almost an hour of my day off and still didn’t get my cards resent correctly…. Over it….

HORRIBLE…the branch manager - Miranda Stetson - was extremely rude and unprofessional and was on a power trip. never experienced such horrible customer service. Suntrust should diffidently look into this and not have such employees working for them .

Small buisness here with all of our accounts with your firm. Not a drop in the bucket to say the least and when trying to open a new account we were told "sorry we are too busy cna you go somewhere else." Needless to say we will be moving all of our accounts

Not my normal branch - walked in to make deposit and was treated like trash... Short-haired blonde teller did not say hello or goodbye. Maybe it was the fact that I was wearing a shirt that had paint on it from a project that I finished today for a client and the teller didn't approve - I'm not sure. Regardless of my appearance that day or any other issue for that matter, I am a customer, and thus should be treated with respect.

Iryna helped me resolve a card issue and also withdraw cash in under 5 minutes, being super pleasant all the while. Love this bank!
