I don't blame the employees here, but was told on 12/29/2020 that I could return anything I didn't like. Apparently there is a new corporate policy as of 1/1/2021 that they aren't taking anything back due to Covid-19. I get it, but you should let people who purchased before the policy was put in place to return.

Booked a grooming appointment for my puppy. Drove 30 minutes out there for them to tell me they need a copy of her shots. They did not disclose this UNTIL I drove out of my way to bring her there. Very unprofessional and complete waste of time.

It is Saturday, sept 5th at 2:30pm and there is one employee in this store. He is trying to run the front desk by himself and there is a line 7 people deep. We circled the store two times to make sure no one was there to get us some fish out and nope- no one!
