“This is not my normal banking location but I come here occasionally to deposite checks and use the ATM. Each time the staff is friendly, always greets me, and gets my requests done. I ran into an issue with a $10,000 check I deposited and had asked the teller girl why it was taking so long to deposit. She didn't seem knowledgable however I could tell she was new to the job so no biggie. My problem though needed an answer so she called up a personal banker there (I forgot the gentlemans name) and he assisted me. He sat me down and kindly explained how large deposits work and gave me his card. I spoke with him through email afterwards and always got a quick and informative reply. I eventually got my check cleared and his customer service gave me great peace of mind while waiting for this. The proactive customer care was the selling point. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was because I don't bank here often enough to know that the service is ALWAYS this good. Other than that, it has been great so far!”
