“I had a great experience with Complete Sound & Protection. Claude exercised patients and fixed the problem in the end.I had a double-din installed by a family member last year and months after I began to hear an intermittent high pitched sound from my speakers.Unfortunately, just like going to a doctor for something that pains you, the sound was no where to be found once I needed a diagnosis. The high pitched sound never came on while I was at the shop.Luckily, I had recorded it on several occasions, so I was able to provide those clips to Claude.Long story less long, he was able to fix the problem by process of elimination, and it did not cost the arm and leg that I assumed it might. So happy with the end result!Thank you, Claude. I'll be back next year to install the subwoofer. Thanks again!”

“I hope that I have the correct address to provide a review. Earlier this week, I needed to order new checks. The check printing company was too unwieldy to deal with. So, I wanted to speak to an American representative at Suntrust. I spoke to Jared. What a positive experience! It actually "made my day" to speak with him on my request. Jared was a wonderful southern gentleman. -Totally professional, charming and unfailingly patient. What a joy. In an era where true customer service is a rarity and Americans can be impossible/no longer available in which to do business, this was refreshing. Jared, you deserve to be positively recognized by your management.”

“This branch is right next to where I reside and thus my choice for anything bank related. It Is in a good location and my visit was to open an account this day. I had not made an appointment so I was hoping that there would be some free time, and luckily for me, One of the specialists there called Kevin was able to help me despite having a full schedule. As with most Wells Fargo branches I was treated with respect and courtesy, something that I have always appreciated this particular bank for. Just wanted to drop this review for any potential customers that this location has a very helpful and outgoing staff which really really added to my comfort and trust in their services.”

“I asked for an envelope and had to wait in a line of like 4 customers ahead of me with one teller when I visited. So I decided to leave instead of waiting. Other than that, I felt very secure in the bank, there's ample security and space to do your banking at the ATM inside, outside, or thru the drive thru. I'm always a bit cautious visiting though but have not had a negative experience at this bank. I would try to visit during non peak times as a consideration.”
