“OMG… I was searching for new furniture for an entire house and I ran into the manager Johnny. Not only was he the manager, working the sales floor, taking calls and greeting and listening to each person walking in. Johnnys help went ever and beyond five ⭐️?⭐️?⭐️. I was confused on what to get how it will look and will it fit. Johnny acted as my decorator. I showed him pics and he took it from there. People these days do not know how much communication and understanding mean. Well, talk to Johnny because his customer service is 100%. I continued changing my mind and he didn't get upset and worked with me. Also, I want to thank Rico the delivery man. He's so respectful yes ma'am no ma'am with everything. Even when he finished delivering he asked was that all I needed help with. Man those two guys are awesome. I use to come to this place a while back under other managers but didn't get service like this. Thank you JOHNNY & RICO?”

“I wanted a normal firm mattress. No pillow top stuff or foam. I need this for my back. Salesman was very attentive. Showed me the options for what I wanted and in the price range I wanted. Mattress, box spring with shipping less than $900 and I was in and out in 20 minutes. He did try to up sell but hey that's part of the game. I said no and pointed to what I wanted. He didn't argue. I was so happy I went there. If you want the old reliable type mattress with springs you can flip and turn for years, this is your place. And reasonable priced for the amount of years you'll have it. PS - You actually can watch the guys making them, it truly is a factory.”

“I really enjoyed visiting this location and working with Peggy. She was kind and very patient. However, I wish I could say the same for the manager Emory Simmons. He was very short and not helpful at all. I visited the store yesterday to check out an item and noticed last night that the item was on sale via the website. I returned to the store today to purchase the item for the price listed online and he would not honor it nor did he express any empathy about the situation- the overall customer service was terrible. The store needs more employees like Peggy.”

Omar in Sales is immensely courteous, gracious, professional, patient, and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He made sure he understood my taste and is extremely knowledgeable about the selection in the market, even special-ordering samples for me at no cost because he felt they would be better suited for my needs ... or to prove that one that I was leaning toward wasn't actually a fit for me lol. He also kept me from spending unnecessarily, advising with my lifestyle in mind over sheer profit. The personal touch, respectful follow-up, and just genuine caring has been unmatched.

Moreover, the prices are INCREDIBLY competitive. The installation team is fast and mindful (Jafri also went the extra mile, including locating a watch box I'd misplaced as we were moving stuff!), and their selection is among the widest I'd seen. They don't waste time and money on an extra-fancy showroom, but rather, have an efficient one, and it's clear they pass significant cost savings on to the customer. Additionally, they are the ONLY carpet store I went to that offered the extra, extra-thick memory foam padding, and I went to several! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this business.”
