I come here often, I’ve tried everything from the Tuna, Cobia, Elk, Venison… today I got the wet bone in rib-eye suggested by Chad. Just came off the grill and it was absolutely amazing. Thanks guys!

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. From being honest about what you’re buying to the best way to prepare. I’ve been back several times always getting something different and have not once been disappointed.

I went there for the first time today. Just finished cooking two Hangar steaks and it was awesome. Josh was very helpful and I'm thankful being new to dry aged meat. They have such a wide variety of items. I will return, sooner than later!!!
