So, when I saw the negative reviews I was shocked, but when I read their comments, I realized most of these negative comments were people who were not planning a wedding, but were planning their own wedding. Brilliant Home Furnishings is a wholesaler, so yes, they can deny serivce and ask for your business name if you walk through their doors. I appreciate Iris protecting business owners by selling only to businesses and I love the quality of all the products I get.Unfortunately, I live 1 hour away (wish they were closer) and I appreciate the sales team double checking the quality and quantity of every purchase I make to ensure my order is good to go.
