“I had a really good experience. I knew that I wanted a Flex-steel recliner and they carry them. But i was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the lady was that assisted me. I believe she is the co-owner she owns at least two of these recliners. She really made me feel good about my purchase. I would pay for the delivery they did a great job setting up the chair. Brilliant Home Furnishings is a wholesaler, so yes, they can deny serivce and ask for your business name if you walk through their doors. I appreciate Iris protecting business owners by selling only to businesses and I love the quality of all the products I get.Unfortunately, I live 1 hour away (wish they were closer) and I appreciate the sales team double checking the quality and quantity of every purchase I make to ensure my order is good to go.
