“Johnathan Murphy is the epitome of Grace and good customer service under pressure. I went to drop off my car this morning. There were at least 10 people waiting on service. Jonathan handled it with Grace got the job done and people were moved through pretty quickly. He was there by himself for about 30 minutes, but handled it like a champion. I came back and also met with Braden also did an excellent job I was very friendly. It’s very easy to get frustrated in a situation but Jonathan “Murphy” was just excellent. I would definitely use this location again in the future.”
“This is a late review but I've been renting with them since January and finished my rental in June,I rented a Toyota and Nissan. The manager is super nice and they have nice affordable prices/ cars for me to rent with them! If you ever passing by Atlanta for a while hit them up and rent car with them.”

“The only reason I’m giving this location a5 is because of the amazing customer service that I was given by Brandon, and Jessica . However if it wasn’t for their patience and understanding Andrew Brown should not be able to hold the title that he has while representing a major rental car company. Enterprise and other rental companies has already lost business due to turo. Had this not have been in insurance claim. I would’ve never read it from Enterprise Andrew and his behavior clearly reminds me why I would never. If Andrew Brown continues to represent Enterprise in this matter, you will continue to lose business. He is the worst and when I mean, the worst the worst you can Google me and my Hotel and you can see the level of customer service I renter to all.”
“I’m visiting Georgia from California. I typically always rent from enterprise but this time, I chose Avis because it was closer to my hotel. I made a reservation, and received a confirmation. When arriving at the Avis location, I was told they had NO cars available. I was highly annoyed. I looked up the closest Enterprise location and was able to promptly make a same day reservation at the Smyrna branch. When I arrived, the branch manager, Justin took very good care of me. He upgraded my economy car to a luxury vehicle for a small fee, and provided the 5-star service that I’ve come to expect from Enterprise. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The team was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to Justin and the team at the Smyrna Enterprise.”

“Using car rental services is almost never a pleasant experience. In fact, I have had a few bad experiences. However, this is the third time I have used Avis and have had no problems. I have been to this location twice and once to the Orlando airport. Each time they have had cars that met my needs, clean and safe cars, and good and polite service. I hope this continues in the future.”

“I like them because it's the cheapest place you can rent a nice car from , but I'm only giving them 4 stars because even when you make a reservation they never have a car for you when you get there, I had to wait for them to bring a car from the next location down the street”
“Needed a car and most places were out of stock due to Spring Break. Brandon and Chris worked with me and secured a Dodge Challenger- orange in color for me. Clean, drives well and their customer service was excellent! They handle a lot under pressure with professionalism and care. Go see them!”

“Easy process. I never had the need or desire to rent a car before now, so this was my first time. However, I think it's ridiculous to pay the extra insurance coverage fee on a per day basis (versus a flat rate for the duration of the car rental), but I get it: they gotta make *extra* money. It's the American way.”
