Because a lot of it is just you interacting with the folks running the place, and simply seeing if they have the part for you. And if they don't, hopefully they connect me to someone who does.
It's almost like networking. Even if you don't necessarily get exactly what you were there for, Just having a pleasant experience and Getting more information is half the battle.

Have funky attitudes. Thankfully this is not one of them. Having a good disposition & integrity carries through to your work And value. And The impression I get is that they have their stuff together & organized. Which Is probably important quality when cataloguing thousands of used car ports.
