“I feel bad because this review is almost 2 years late... but not due to lack of appreciation for the lovely people who work here. I am so grateful to them for making my father's death in April 2022 much easier to bear by being so helpful, compassionate, and easy to work with. I'd NEVER had to plan a funeral. Not even a part of one. And my mom, bless her, has a fairly severe memory problem so it was mostly up to me to handle it all. But they made the process very easy! They practically held my hand as they walked me & my Mom through EVERYTHING. And they even dealt directly with the life insurance company, so we didn't have to spend a penny out of pocket! The entire process from the planning through the funeral itself couldn't have gone smoother. I don't believe anyone could find a funeral home that can top these folks! And even though I've never planned a funeral before, so I've never paid for one before either, obviously, I have heard enough about the cost of funerals to feel like the cost of Dad's funeral was very reasonable!
