They kept me informed, the work was completed at the time identified and the POSITIVE ENERGY of the staff, especially JOSHUA, is infectious. I literally called at 8a in the morning, on a day that I had no idea would end up being extremely challenging for me. Joshua answered the phone and brought a smile to my face, I shared that with him and he reminded me that it takes more energy to be negative/ spread hate than to be positive and spread joy. I carried that with me all day and it help me to deal with the hard things a bit more easily. Thank you .”

“I went to Auto Zone and within 30 minutes an issue that I was having for over a MONTH was fixed. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they told me it was one problem, didn’t take much time with me and then sent me on about my way. However, when I took it to Auto Zone, everyone was so nice and attentive to me! My engine light and battery light went off as soon as they finished taking care of me. Mind you this issue was going on for over a month!! As a woman, it’s hard to come across men who won’t try to pull your arm. I’m so appreciative! Thank you guys so much! They looked out! “I always have a good experience when I go into this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They help me with all of my questions and make appropriate suggestions. They honor my military discount and even give me great service with returns. The store is always neat and orderly and it’s very seldom that they don’t have what I need. I will bypass other auto parts stores to come to this location. The parking lot is not big, but it’s never been full when I come. It’s always clean too. They don’t have large amounts of trash lying about the parking lot. I like their advertised weekly specials too. I have e received a number of gift cards from those promotions. When I do cost comparisons, O’Reilly is always the lowest price for the parts I need. If you want good service and good prices, come to O’Reilly.”

“Ms. Shamekia (assistant mgr. store #9698 {7522 Covington Hwy. Lithonia, Ga. 30058}) was a life saver. I had received the wrong parts. I did not figure this out until I was in the middle of an oil change 2 months later (procrastinator). The store was very busy, but Ms. Shamekia was professional and understanding. She put me on hold to help other customers, got back to me in a timely manner, did the research and ultimately brought me the correct part directly to my driveway. That was on Dec19th 2023, and I am just now posting this review (procrastinator for real). Thank you I appreciate it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MS. SHAMEKIA!!!!!”

“I went to this place today with a one o clock appointment, before I arrived I was already told what to bring... I was missing 2 photos so they allowed me time to get them... she inspected my car for about 15-25 mins and I passed.. I came with way more information than needed but the male was very helpful.. thank you... tips: no cracked windshield, get an alignment, make sure your lights, and horn works.. good tires, no exhaust leaks, a a1 body and you should be fine!
