“Taking your car to a body shop is never fun. I was not looking forward to having my car repaired. I'll admit that it was a little rocky in the beginning. My car sat there for, let's say an extended period of time without any communication. I called and spoke to a Manger to inquire what the problem was. The Manager was very apologetic, and let me know that there was a back up die to the number of cars and parts being on back order. Which was not unreasonable. I let the Manager know that I just needed to be communicated with. From that point forward it was smooth sailing. I want to call "Brett Matthews" put by name because he went so far above and beyond with his customer service. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times, but Brett never once lost his cool or made me feel like I was bothering him. I had a flat tire with the loaner car the day I was to pick up my own vehicle. Brett actually brought my car to me in ALPHARETTA!! He drove against traffic, at 5 o'clock from LITHONIA to make sure I had my car. Not only did he bring my car to me, he brought it back with a full tank??!! WTF, I was blown away! When he initially said he would bring the car to me, he said that he would UBER back to the office. That was NOT going to happen. One good turn deserves another. It was my pleasure to ride with him back to the dealership. Nalley Collision is lucky to have someone like Brett on their staff. You did a great job and I'm grateful for the kindness!! I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicle I had to Nalley Collision Center Lithonia and to Brett. Thank you to everyone who had hand in my great experience!”

“Made an appointment for an oil change online, arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time and was literally in and out. You can tell the staff were being overworked with orders but they still honored my appointment time and got me in and out fast. The only problem I had is I never received a car sticker for my oil change (Again, they were pretty busy)so I have to guess when to come back but I definitely will return.”
