“I can’t say enough about this location. They are great- totally upfront with any issues with vehicle. Took a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have the AC looked at. They found the issue and recommendations. While looking at the car they also noticed a leak in the water pump. Gave me an estimate and recommended to have the dealership look at it since it was only 3 years old……long ordeal with the dealership but 22 days later got the Jeep back and had service covered. Took my sons 2013 Jeep GC in 2 weeks later for thermostat replacement. Found an oil leak while looking at vehicle. Gave an estimate and completed work very timely. “I absolutely love coming to this incredible full service establishment where I can have my oil changed, all my levels topped off and thoroughly inspected to keep my car running in tip top shape. They are consistently thorough in inspecting your car and your oil change comes with a tip top car wash detail. The employees are kind and gracious. Tommy always exceeds my expectations when he changes my oil and makes sure I understand the process and gives great instructions on how to keep my vehicle running smoothly. He extends the highest level of customer satisfaction and is an asset to One Stop. Kudos on employing stellar employees who take pride in their work and customers.”
“I came in for an Unscheduled Oil change, I didn't know Walmart offered this service. When you do not pre schedule an appointment, they work you in between scheduled appointments. All in all, it was approximately 2 hours from start to finish. I'm sure with scheduled appointments the time would be less.
The price for a synthetic oil change was approximately $55, that's a savings of about $30 based on coupon use at the cheapest oil change specialty shop. Considering inflation, I'd gladly wait and keep my $30, that's almost a tank of gas.
Next time I'll schedule my appointment and complete my shopping at the same time. ?”
