Why does a waiting area have to be so LOUD...got my dad's car in for service,nice folks,seem like they do good job,but...need better chairs,so loud ya can't work while waiting

For a car dealership, they weren't too bad. They didn't push too hard, were friendly, and I formative. I enjoyed the test drive and staff.
