“Summary; Mike is amazing! He is kind, straight to the point, communicative, and all around easy to work with! If I ever need my car fixed again, I will return to visit Sentry Body & Painting Inc. I will also be advising anyone I know who needs a spot fixed on their car to see if Mike can do it!
Details: Mike is honest, polite, and basically the best kind of person to work with. Every time I messaged him, he'd reply pretty quickly, usually no more than 2 hours, I think. My right rear quarter panel needed to be fixed after someone backed into my 2022 Honda. His estimate was quick and very reasonable, and he is open on Saturdays! I wasn't looking for the most expensive perfect fix, having decided long ago my car is meant for driving and not to sweat the small stuff/damage. Of all the shops I visited (5 that day), I felt like Mike understood this the best, and offered me exactly what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The work was turned around in a reasonable 4 days' time and well done! I can't even tell something happened. He helpfully let me know certain after care too. I'm glad I chose to work with Mike who is knowledgeable and nice. I have only good things to say about him and his wonderful shop!”

Heath the assistant service manager is always professional and funny and keeps me up to date via phone call and or text messages on the service needed with detailed pricing Etc and the expected time that my vehicle will be ready. Nedson Costa was very professional, worked with me to get everything approved over the phone so when I got there all I had to do was sign the papers. He stayed there until everything was complete. He’s the man to go to if you’re looking to be treated like a VIP. He will make every effort to get you in the right car for your needs. Sam in finance was so wonderful, he was great in explaining everything and was willing to stay late to get it finish for me to drive the car off the lot. Also I really appreciated the dealership’s management team for they were willing to stay open longer on a Sunday over me arriving late due to traffic. “This is the BEST experience that I have EVER had in the state of GA. I started out at Mavis. A complete disaster! I was first in line, with an appointment, and I was turned away! I have brought all my cars there for oil changes and tire repair (OLD NORCROSS-DULUTH location). I then found this wonderful mechanic and his two sons right away...on a SUNDAY!
