He found no leak, and my compressor was fine, I just needed Freon. Priced great and he fixed it in about 30 mins. Officially won’t be going back to franchised auto mechanics. “I was trying to figure out why my vehicle would start fine with a jump start then not start the next time within a few short hours. Everything tested fine (alternator, starter, battery) so I got a jumpstart to get out to O’Reillys to ask them. David at store #1326 on Grayson Hwy found it was the negative cable that was loose and tightened it. I was so grateful as I have to travel at night and didn’t want to break down. He then went back into the store and sprayed something on my headlights that were really dull and I was absolutely amazed that in 3 seconds it looked like I had new headlight covers!!This is why I have always gone to O’Riellys. They literally save u so much money when they can and are so trustworthy. Thank you David for all your help today. So grateful!!”

He took my order and said it would be 3 or 4 hours before it was ready for pickup. He called about 1.5 hours later and said we could come get it. Super professional. “Super ecstatic! I have bought my batteries here a couple times but I usually come here to get my power steering fluid. I have an older car so I've got to top it off quite a bit.I came here asking if they could test my battery because my car wouldn't start twice he tested it and then as he was going through asked me a couple of questions and then realized that my car was still under warranty with the last battery that I got. It's super stressful when your car doesn't start but boy is it nice to hear that some things under warranty and you don't have to pay for it!!He was super nice and quick.... I really thank him very much for making sure and checking if my battery was under warranty because we're slightly low on cash. It makes a huge difference when people go out of their way slightly to help you out! I will be coming here from now.... I wish I got his name to give him a shout out he was very nice and kind”
