Truist is the absolute worst. They will freeze ALL your accounts for a check that they want to verify. Instead of doing what ALL other banks do which is DO NOT clear that check until it is verified. By the way, they won’t tell you your accounts are frozen, how ever they will let your accounts keep accepting funds but they won’t let you take any money out. Completely fraudulent. Stay away. And they want to preach that they are the best bank for Small businesses. By the way my Accounts are still frozen going on week 2. With thousands of dollars in the account for an $800 check. SCAM !!!!

Truist bank overall has been a major disappointment. What used to be Suntrust has outdated services online, over the phone, & ATM. I can't access my online account. My online banking information contacts aren't even up to date. Made multiple trips here. Last time I was here, I couldn't even withdraw or deposit. My account had a negative balance. And yet automated services isn't able to pull up all the charges. Made multiple trips to other banking area and the same issues percist.

Slow!!!! I was at the window for 30 min. Not in line. AT THE WINDOW! Don’t dare question them why it is taking so long. This place is ridiculous and management is rude.

I’m very concerned and confused if you a bank why do you have two bank members behind close door hanging out instead of opening my business account. I sat in the the bank waiting for someone to assist me in opening an account.

I had to wait 20-25 minutes as the second person in line (the person ahead of me just walked out eventually). To top it all off, it was blazing hot outside, and there was no AC inside...really? They were nice enough to hear my complaint, and I have tried to not be a rude kinda person, but this is a little ridiculous.

Since becoming Truist, we are asked for our drivers license every time we deposit cash into our savings- which we have done weekly for years- and by tellers who have waited on us dozens of times. We had been with Suntrust for over 20 years. Today I was asked for my license for a $40 cash deposit. If inconvenience and harassment of long time customers is Truist's policy, they are succeeding in making us soon to be former customers.

Our service in the public are in several sectors including insurance , finances & real estate ... and we know what it means to earn a great rating !!!A ONE STAR or BELOW means that your business DOES NOT deserve to exist , specially the overwhelming of ONE STAR RATINGS from many customers . We waited more than 30 minutes to make a simple deposit at the drive-in ...Excuse us ??? there are more banks than we could count on our 10 fingers ?? And now that Truist has been in placed ... the transitioning is a nightmare ...our personal and commercial accounts were just simply shut off on 02/21/2022 ...NO ACCESS !! And when we tried to contact the" BRANCHES " ...NO ONE picked up the phone !!On one day last week we almost got attacked by one of the drive-in customer and the teller had ...NO CLUES of what just taken place !! NO CONCERNS !! BANK ELSEWHERE !!

Poor service, I went by the drive thru, pressed the call bottom 2 times, the first time the clerk didn’t even looked at me, the second time she looked at me like if I was bothering her, didn’t even have the attention to tell me to hold on or anything, after around 7 to 10 minutes I decided to leave.
