After several visits, I conclude they need some customer service training as they look unconcerned in general and at least one teller seems absolutely lost every time I see her.

Today I was assisted by Ms. Quyen Dang at Trust. She was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and helped me complete everything quickly. I am very satisfied and truly appreciate her help..!

My first visit to at this location and it was disappointing due to Nelly Morales’ poor customer service. Her tone and attitude were unpleasant, and rather than communicating clearly, she spoke in a condescending manner.
