I ordered a 20z smoothie and I was charged for a 32oz when I questioned it, they could credit or change it. The quality of the smoothie by the new staff is declining. The smoothie was watery no texture. Customer service less than cordial.

i really loved my drink and the barista making it, an asian girl with red hair, was so nice and had great customer service! definitely recommend this location and love the employees
